We bring management consultancy, systems integration, and years inside government together in one team serving the Saudi public sector.
empiric was founded in Riyadh in 2026 from within the Saudi market, out of careers spent across consulting, systems integration, and government. From each of those seats the demand looked the same: tangible results measured by their effect, grounded in a real understanding of how government works and of the local context.
The name is our ethos. To be empiric is to know a thing because you have done it and seen it work. We work that way, practical, hands-on, and measured by what tangibly changes for the entity and the people it serves.
Today empiric works through two arms. Advisory sets the entity’s plan, from new sources of revenue to the way a service reaches the people who use it. Products are built only where we believe they add real value, with AI at their core, for the entity that will run them.
