Government Revenue Models Eirad
From government services to sustainable revenue.
Eirad analyzes a government entity's digital services, recommends the delivery model that fits them, forecasts revenue five years out under three scenarios, and proposes new services that grow income. One methodology, explainable and auditable, with the decision always the entity's.

Six capabilities, each traceable to the running code
Every line below maps to a named source in the product's repository.
Self-service, by government email
An entity registers itself from its government email domain, in a single self-service step. The entity is derived from the domain itself.
One entity, one boundary
Strict per-entity data isolation. A request for another entity's page returns a plain not-found, so its very existence stays hidden.
Judgments that cite their source
Every qualitative judgment names the specific one of six regulatory documents it drew on: the privatization system, its executive regulation, the governing rules, the revenue-share rules, the national strategy, and Vision 2030.
Estimates that know their inputs
Every estimate is fingerprinted against the inputs that produced it. Editing a price visibly flags the affected judgment as stale, and the model's original figure stays on record beside the recalculation.
Five years, three scenarios
Each service is projected five years forward under conservative, base and ambitious scenarios by a deterministic engine: the same inputs always produce the same forecast.
One unified document
All three stages converge into a self-contained Arabic report that carries its own fonts and layout and prints straight from the browser.
The landing page, and the document it issues
The masthead, the delivery-model recommendation, and the five-year revenue composition chart from the specimen report.

The entity user, today
One live role, described precisely. The roles of the national rollout are roadmap until they ship.
- Live today · primary user
Government entity user
Registers the entity from a government email, enters its digital services, runs the three stages, and reads or prints the unified report. Sees only the entity's own data.
- Configured allowlist · supervision and demonstration
Authority oversight
A small, environment-configured allowlist can view all entities, for supervision and for demonstrations.
